I just noticed when user is always in active free Trial and want upgrade to a PRO paid plan, the remaining duration of Trial is not apply to the new PRO plan duration time.
I set "yes" to all of my plan for param "Prorate remaining value of this plan when upgrading". I precise my Trial plan is set to be non-renewable.
Any clue ?

I use Joomla 3.3.6 - CB 2.0.4 - CBSubs 4 - Several Incubator plugins
It prorates the cost, not the duration and as it's a free trial there's nothing to prorate. If you want to extend the duration you need to do away with the 3 plan setup and have initial price/duration setup on your pro plans.
