[SOLVED] Profile view image

Hi, I have uploaded my profile picture, it shows after login in the left, but when I go to my: Profile View, it shows a picture with clock.

I have changed: Require Upload Image Approval to NO, but still can not get it in the profile view tab.

I did some search here at the Forum but I could not find an answer for this.

Image was already marked needed approval when it was uploaded with the CB configuration set for approvals was ON.

Try removing image and uploading again now that approval has been set to Off.

Thank you for the help, Its still not working, I created a new use account and then when I logged in with the new user account and I clicked the Profile View, my image shows with small clock, even though I have not uploaded any profile image.
I put the Require Upload Image Approval to Yes and No and then I created this new user.
Please see attached.

I have updated the photo but still I got like before nothing changed in the profile View.

Your issue is due to one or both of the following plugins:
CB MaQma Helpdesk Public Discussions
CB MaQma Helpdesk Tickets

Beat says that one of these (or maybe both) are overwriting the CB user object with the Joomla user object.

Leaving unpublished for now as such action may cause you even bigger problems.

Please confirm things are working now and please report this to the other plugin developer.
