Isn't it possible to make CB Profile Gallery and File Field safe? For example safe data in order behind htaccess or so?
Even when nobody has access to a user's profile, you can grab the uploaded files and images when you just have the link. that is not so good. And the files are even open just in an order on the server...

CB Gallery will be rewritten for CB 2.0.
I believe the latest CB File field plugin already has such functionality (not allowing download even if yo know the URL - please test).
You are free of course to study the file field plugin functionality and modify the CB Gallery code, it's on our list for the new gallery plugin - just no committed release yet.
Even CB File Field has no privacy.. If someone is logged in an knows the link or just put another userid in the link he can see everything... That's really bad...
Does anybody know when there will be a new file field or better cb profilegallery plugin?
The files should be in a folder, that has htcaccess access security and only the profile owner should get the file with the link. And, when it is possible, there should be the possibility that only moderators or admins could put in files or change them...
Any idea when this is possibly? Or can someone do it for a small budget?
