[SOLVED] downloaded file CBPRO doesn't work

Not sure why the same file downloads with different file sizes... the download is completing each time!

Yup - your connection is going wrong.
Could be your router, a download manager perhaps?
Or even an Internet route from your location to the download area.

Try disabling any download manager and even switching browsers.

OK... it appears that you were right... thank you... the file eventually downloaded in full and has now loaded on my Joomla site... thank you very much for your prompt response and assistance in fixing my problem!
