[SOLVED] Cant install any downloads

I just got my membership on the 10th.
Downloaded what i wanted to try out on cb But I keep getting this

ERROR: Could not find a CB XML setup file in the package.

I am loading the file in the cb cb plugin management
I am running jommla 2.5 and also have jat3 as the framwork.
Not sure what im doing wrong?

You are trying to install a CB plugin using the Joomla installer.

All CB plugins are installed using the CB Plugin Manager.

Suggest you also download and study the CB documentation from the Advanced download area (you have access to that also as a Pro member).

Ok I had to do a complete new install on my site starting with a new jommla install of 2.5 and also I installed my jat3 with my template of purty11.so freash site I installed cb and follwed the intallation from the cb documentation that i got from the advanced download.

So with that said im still getting that ERROR:
This is how im trying to install
site/components/cb/plugin management/install plugin/Upload Package File /I find the file that i downloaded to my hard drive from cb and /upload and install

Thats when i get the error.

What exactly are you trying to install?

Iam trying to upload the files for CB PROFILE APPS and downloading them in the packager and its saving in a winzip format. and thats what im uplaoading....

I did get two single files to upload one for the fourm and one for email..but thats it so far..

Is this correct?

What version of Joomla do you have?
Are you selecting the right packager version for this?

What items have you included in your package?
What exact messages are you seeing when you try and install (you can take screenshot)?
