As far as I am aware there isn't. You'd need to review the plugins source and find its CBTxt usage then translate as needed in cbteamplugins language file of your language plugins. Alternative is to use our AWK script and parse the language strings from the plugin. We'll be simplifying this process significantly in the future as well.
