Once installed, enable the plugin from CB > Plugin Management, now navigate to CB > Field Management and edit "email" (primaryemailaddress) and ensure at least "Registration" is set to "Enabled". Profile edit display of verify email is disabled by default. All it does is provide a second input below the current email field to verify in the same way the password field works.
