CB Quickstart PRO 1.0.5 just released - should solve this issue.
Using the Joomla Extension Manager, I removed the previously installed extensions.
I uploaded the new package and it installed the extensions without error.
However, there is still a problem with configuration. Nothing is configured. I configured the Admin Navigator module and in going through the Quick Guide found nothing else to be configured, not even the profile template Bootstrap.
Is this only supposed to work on a fresh install of Joomla without any other content? It still is not working on my existing site.

Do you have a Community Builder menu in your Joomla menus?

Ok - did a reinstall and everything looks ok.
You will see the COmmunity Builder menu under your Joomla menus (you need to move things around depending on your template and existing menu structure).
