When members send in a renewal check and have not initiated a payment basket, office personnel must locate that member and initiate the basket through the member's front-end membership profile. They are doing this through the Member List function under an administrator only menu button. This is fine (although much additional work), for users who's membership has not expired, but if a membership has lapsed, the member cannot be located.
I have not been able to configure the list (List Management) to allow these members to be found through the lists. For test purposes, when manually unblocking the account, it will display. Is there a way to include blocked accounts in the search or is this not possible? In that case is there a work-around or another option?
