You navigate to CB > Plugin Management > CB Auto Actions > Autos > New and it then guides you through the configuration, please read the descriptions for each parameter as they describe what the parameter does; as for the Trigger to use please review the dropdown as it's easier to understand then looking at my tutorial of triggers found below.But I can't!

Yes, but you can't alter the emails with CB Auto Actions. You could use 2 email actions (1 for each user group) though.Does it make sense?
