Hello

When one of our users tries to send an email to another user, the email is never sent and a warning message to try again is always fired.

We use a Amazon SES configuration for joomla and only email originating from our accepted emails or domain are accepted

Does it mean that when a user send an email, the sent from is set with ITS email ? which could explain the failure ?

Is there a way to change this behavior ?

Our AWS SES email config works well with joomla and all other extensions though

User to user emails are sent from the user sending it, yes. You can change this behavior within CB > Configuration > General and adjusting 'Emails sent "From:"' as needed.
