Hello,

I have 2 plan by CBSubs, Jack and Adam.

I set different registration process for each by using CBSubs plan>workflows;

Plan, Jack needs User Approval by Moderator.
Plan, Adam No needs User Approval by Moderator.

I need to send different approved Email message for each plan.
Where should I set Email message for each?

What I have tried and faild;

1 Set message in CBSubs plan (Jack's)>presentation>Thank-you email subject (subscription active).
=>send message to Jack before User Approval by Moderator. (too early to send)

2 Set message in CB Configuration Manager>Registration>Welcome Email.
=>send message to both Jack and Both (want to send different message)

Approval email can't condition based off plan selected. You can send custom emails from the Presentation tab or the CBSubs Email integration, but won't affect the approval emails. If you want Jack to have approval and Adam to not then edit the Adam plan and set it on the workflows tab to not have approval.
