Hi there,

How can I show the user or a group profile wall after he/she login and how can I allow other to make comments, reply etc?

There's no reply feature, they'd simply post a new wall entry. The wall is always shown on profile as a tab and is specific to the user you're viewing. For example if you are viewing Bob then you'll see Bobs wall and be able to post to Bobs wall, but it won't show on your wall as you're posting on Bobs wall.

So the only way to comment on a user comment is on his wall on his profile. when I log in I redirect the user to the community activity and I thought that from there a user would be able to comment on other users comments or any other activity.in that allows to do that?

I use Axxis SuperActivity for this kind of interactivity you're talking about.

that's exactly what I was looking for and I tried their demo but the website was too slow; I don't think it is the plug in.

CB Activity doesn't have a feature to add activity. It just shows their activity, it's not a stream. This will be improved more with each release as it moves towards a stream like capability, but for now it's display only.

As for CB ProfileBook wall tab, yes you can reply on their profile or you can just reply on your own making a post directly above theirs (if it's latest post otherwise your new post would just be at the top).
