We're currently doing some test on upgrading from J1.5 to J2.5 on our local machine before upgrading our live website. After the upgrade, our staff list started throwing the HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error). Below is what we are getting from the error report (development)
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\tinyjfj\jupgrade\components\com_comprofiler\plugin\user\plug_cbconditional\cbconditional.class.php on line 743
I already tried upgrading to CB 1.9 and CB Conditional 1.8.11 but still experiencing the same problem.
How did you migrate? The only supported migration method is jUpgrade. Check if you've any other CB plugins that also need upgrades. Seams the page is loading too slow. If issue persists try disabling extensions and/or cb plugins 1 by 1 until it goes away.

I have updated the plugins that are currently installed (except for plug_multiauthortab, I can't seems to find it. Can you please point me to the right plugin) and still experiencing the same problem.
I have also tried disabling the plugins one by one. Nothing worked except disabling the CB Conditional. If CB Conditional is disabled, the page is able to render.

Upgrade to latest CB Conditionals version and test again then.
Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Now reproduce the error and see if it exposes it so you can see what's really wrong. If nothing displayed then review server error logs during the time of the error. It's possible you've invalid conditionals set and it's trying to alter a field it can't access or does not exist, run CB Conditional > Tools to see if it can find any incorrectly configured fields. If issue still persists then begin removing your conditionals 1 by 1 from your fields until it resolves.
