I installed today CB-quickstart-pro_1.1, which add groupjive. I'm not ready to have that turn on site. I want to read more about it and see if I really need it.

Problem now my CB Menu added links to GroupJive and Activity. How do I remove them from menu? I know its easy but can not remember how to do it. I removed or unpublish Groupjive menu.

www.AmmoTroops.com is my site where you can see menu. Later I would like it to show up only to register user.

Edit your Joomla menu and simply unpublish the links. You can disable the plugins you don't want to use now within CB > Plugin Management.
