I will be testing this out and inform you of the results.

BTW what is the "1" in [cb:if user="#me" gids includes "8"]1[/cb:if] Equal To 1

Forget about the question above. I just woke up from my sleep and I wasn't thinking straight.

The If Rule appies, "1" value appears and if its equal to "1", the trigger happens.. ;) correct me if I am wrong..

Anyway, for your information, the trigger you provided works!!! Thank you very much..

In fact, now I am using another condition: [cb:if user="#me" cb_profiletype includes "account01"]1[/cb:if] and this works as well. This solves alot of automation which I am doing.

I think CB Autio Actions has unlimited possibilities!!! Great work on this plugin..

One question, just to clarify.. if I have multiple "conditional", does the plugin work on the "AND" or "OR" rules?

Multiple conditions are always "and". It'll try to match each condition until one fails and if it does it'll stop the auto action from happening.

I want auto action to change certain fields but it seems the "field" function is only for those under community builder fields.

what should I do if I want to edit other Joomla fields.. for example, user groups, or viewing access levels (view levels)?

For usergroups use the Usergroup action. View access levels are dynamic based off usergroups the user belongs to (you add/remove these from users). For other Joomla fields use a Query action and perform direct database edits for whatever information you need. Yes, the field action is only for CB fields; it's a CB plugin for CB.

Thanks for the help really appreciate it.

Another question on the Auto Action. Do you know where do i get the current date and time?

For example, I am working on the time stamp where I get auto action to save the date and time if all information is completed.

What do i put in Value under Field Action?

In the previous postings I've learned to retrieve from the user cb tables. But now I need to get a date or time?

Found this in your not too long ago post!

Had to search forum with different phrases. Finally found it!!! Thanks.

I am posting the solution here for some other future references:

Include this in the Value Field of the Action Script: [cb:date format="Y-m-d H:i:s" /]

Here's another question, will the Auto Action be able to execute if I edit using the CB Core Ajax field plugin version 1.4.7.

If not, is there anyway, I could get the Auto Action to execute upon edit using the CB Core Ajax field plugin version 1.4.7?
