[SOLVED] Auto Action Plugin for User Registration Groups

I have two User Groups set up as:

Affiliate
Athlete

By following this article:

I thought this would be a snap. But I must be missing something. Here are the screenshots for the settings:

User Groups: Screenshot 2
Field cb_usertype: Screenshot 3
Auto Action: Screenshot 1 (for Affiliate Group)
Registration Page: Screenshot 4
User List Back-end: Screenshot 5 (here you will notice John Doe is not added to the Affiliate group)


Last item.. i have the Configuration, Registration, Allow User Registration, set to "Yes, Independently of site setting"
AND
Allow User Registration = No in the Users Configuration

Your conditional is incorrect, it's not a valid substitution and is missing its brackets. Please try [cb_usertype] and it should work fine.
