You could use an IF substitution to conditionally display the title. Example as follows.

[cb_usertype] Profile: [name] [cb:if cb_usertype="Athlete"]Bar[/cb:if][cb:if cb_usertype="Affiliate"]Gym[/cb:if]

Thanks. Can I do this for the "title" field.. to avoid having to write:

Event, Athlete, or Affiliate Name:

I've no idea what title field you're referring to. If it's a normal field you've created then you should be able to substitute it in. You alternatively can replace the title tab with a delimiter field on a new tab in the same position.
