Problems with module "cbpblatest" was created by

Hello,

i updated my Joomla from 2.5.7 to 2.5.8

After this i updated CB from 1.8.1 to 1.9

I am using the module "mod_cbpblatest" on my main page.
After the updates i could read this:

wrote a new blog "Coming soon" - 2012-11-05
wrote a new blog "A bit more about me..." - 2012-11-05

The user names are no longer displayed.
I updated the module "cbplatest" to version 1.3 to fix this error, but no changes.

Any idea how to fix this error ???

Name display is based off the formatname field. Ensure it's on a public and published tab.
