Ah, if it's same error both sites then it's probably not the migration. I've created bug ticket #3778 for further investigation. Please try re-installing the CCBill plugin from CBSubs 2.0.2 to see if issue resolves. Please also provide PHP version.

Just re-installed twocheckout... Checked settings, all seems fine. When I try to click on ccbill to look at the settings I'm also getting the fatal error.
You need to re-install CCBill, the error isn't coming from twocheckout. Please also provide PHP version.

I just re-installed ccbill and published and now doesn't give fatal error. The fatal error has changed to not reflect ccbill in line:
Fatal error: Declaration of cbpaidalertpayoem::getPaymentBasketProcess() must be compatible with that of cbpaidPayHandler::getPaymentBasketProcess() in /home/domestic/public_html/jupgrade/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/processors/alertpay/cbpaidsubscriptions.alertpay.php on line 17
Not sure how to look up my php version, although I'm on Rochen and they state they are on the latest version although they dont give that version...
Re-install all of CBSubs gateways. Your installation is incomplete which is why you're getting this error (wrong gateway version for CBSubs). "PHP 5" is not specific enough, need to know 5.4 or if is 5.3.
