Google map for Community Builder

Hi everybody,
Can you tell me if there is a component, module, plugin that automatically create in the Community Builer profile page user's google map when user register and fill the fields address zipcode etc...
I hope that my question is clear if it's not i can explain more.
I'm using Joomla 2.5+ Community Builder 1.9

I'm pretty sure such a extension exists and is available at Joomla.org extension directory. I've seen a few users using it, but can't recall what it's called or the status of its CB integration.
