Certain Contact Fields not in CB Field Management was created by nastysimon
I want to have the standard contact fields (street address, city, region, country, postal code, dob, etc.) appear on my registration form and in the user profile, but they do not seem to be available, despite being in the standard Joomla profile. Is there any easy way to add these to my registration and profile pages?

I'm using Joomla 2.5 and CB 1.9

You can add whatever fields you like from CB > Field Management and set them to display or not display on registration as needed. Joomla contact or profile fields are not used by CB.
