CB has no automatic delete feature; you'll need to check Joomla.org to see if such extension exists.
CB ProfileBook already deletes a users entries when they are deleted.
GJ data only deletes if you've set "Auto Delete" for the various integrations to "Enable", but this also deletes data when the user leaves a group. GJ will not delete Groups or Categories.
None of this will work unless you're using CB to delete a user though. For example delete them from CB > User Management or use something that calls CB API to delete them.
