Mass Email in background

Hi,
I've already written in general question of the forum without an answer, I hope somebody can help me here.

I need to use the Mass Mail function of CB in background mode (without staying on that page with browser)

Is there some plug-in or add on to do it?

You should be able to click it to start sending then switch to a different browser tab. If you've it sending in batches then don't close the browser tab as the next batch JS would never execute. Aside from that no you can't send a close.
