CBSubs and SimAnswers

CBSubs and SimAnswers was created by aussiemike
Hello
I am creating a site which will have Sim Answers ( www.simbunch.com/products/simanswers ) and Community Builder.

I wanted to know if it is possible to create subscriptions using CBSubs that would allow only subscribed users to view the answers posted?

Any advice would be appreciated. I do not currently have a licence for CBSubs but if this would work or if anyone has any other suggestions it would be appreciated.

Regards
Mike

You should be able to as you can use CBSubs Content and its By URL Part protection to protect URLs to answers. If it's all displayed on the same page then you may have an issue here as Sim Answers would need to be able to check a users subscription and display them if they've active (can be done with a simple database query).

Thanks Kyle
That's good news. I have built a few subscription sites in the past but they turned out to be more trouble than they were worth.

Would I be able to get assistance to set this up?

Regards
Mike

We've paid installation servers if you need it, you can find pricing and such on your Membership tab on your profile. We've also these support forums and CBSubs support forums if you should have any issues. The URL protection is particularly straight forward and simple to setup, but for the more advanced usage you'd need to modify SimAnswers, which we can't help with.
