Hi everybody !! As I was in the wrong category, I ask my quesiton here :

When a plan is expired, it is still displayed on the profile to allow user to reactivate it.

But if the user udgrade the plan, this one and the firt one are displayed as expired on the profile.

So I want to know if it's possible to display only the last subscribed plan and put the others with the plan which have never been subscribed please ??

If my customuer subscribe 10 plans, I have 10 grey blocs on the profil and it's not beautiful.

Soory for my bad english.

Thanks by advance

Myann

Don't believe you can as that would be the appropriate display. I'm unsure why a user would subscribe to all 10 then expire from all 10 as that's a rather odd setup.

I do not understand what you said.

For example, I have 9 plans A to I
If my user subscribe the plan A, than updrade to Plan B, and later when plan be has expired want to subscribe to plan E, he will have 3 grey blocks with for the 3 expired plan.

Is there a time limit after which the blocks will disappear? If the user never subscribe these plans, will he have the blocks everytime ???

No.

Don't understand the question. Expired plans will always display like that.

Yes, that's working as intended. You're welcome to restyle it however you please using CSS. You can even adjust some of the template files found below.
