[SOLVED] Issues with CB Moderation module

System info:
Joomla 2.5.6
Community Builder 1.9
PHP 5.2.9

After upgrading to CB 1.9 and enabling the CB moderation module (mod_comprofilerModerator) on the front end of this site, I developed an issue similar to the one identified in the topic TOPIC: [SOLVED] "No Pending Actions" on frontend in the CBSubs category. (Note: I'm not running CBSubs.) Specifically, even when the module was published and visible on the front end, it only displayed "No pending actions," even when there were user registrations pending approval.

I tried re-installing mod_comprofilerModerator, and the Joomla Extension Manager indicated that the module was installed successfully, but now the module isn't appearing in Joomla's Module Manager at all. I've upgraded to CB 1.9 and configured the moderation module on a couple of other sites with no problems, so I'm a bit perplexed about this one. Any suggestions for resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have turned off Joomla registration process.

Do a CB Tools check on user database to see if anything is reported.

When you install a module for the second time it does not automatically create a new module instance in Joomla.

So you need to do this manually - Extensions -> Module manager -> New -. select the cb workflows from the list.

Thanks for the prompt response.

Joomla user registration was turned off when I installed CB. I verified that it is still off (Joomla User Manager -> Options -> Allow User Registration = No). The default Joomla login module is also disabled (unpublished).

I checked the CB Core Database using the CB Tools option. One error was found and corrected.

I recreated the CB Workflows module, which I named "Moderator Actions".

With this done, the Moderation Actions (CB Workflows) module once again appears in the Joomla Module Manager, and on the front end (for users in the Special access group, which is as it should be according to the configuration).

Unfortunately, the module still shows No Pending Actions on the front end, even when there is a user waiting for approval. (Moderator e-mails, however, are being sent without any problem.)

As I noted previously, I've configured CB on several other sites without seeing anything like this issue, so I'm not sure what else to check.

Please download CB 1.9 again from this site and then install over and test again.
