Gallery modifications with CB Profile Pro

Building a social media site for a client and I am having issues with the Gallery display.
1: I am trying to get the photos to display where there is an arrow to forward to the next photo. Also to have it in it's own page.
2: I am getting a tremendous amount of white space in between my photos in it's current display.
3: I am getting a basically "photo size too big" error when I try to load most photos. I have upped the max size in the configuration to account for the photo sizes and it's had no affect.
Can you help me?

Downloaded and installed the Profile Pro here and I'm using the Profile Gallery that came with it.

what do you mean by CB Profile Pro?

Please download CB 1.9 again and install it over your existing setup as you might have an earlier build that had a size upload issue for images.

I meant CB Quickstart Pro 1.3. The profile gallery plugin that comes with it. I will download CB 1.9 again though.
