Upgrade CB 1.8 to 1.9 or PRO 1.3 with a 1.8.1 language pack

Hi,
This may seem like a silly question but I could not find upgrade instructions.
I have CB 1.8.1 with a French language plugin and I would like to upgrade to 1.9 but I don't see a 1.9 language plugin, what happens if I just upgrade the CB 1.9 keeping the current 1.8 plugin language?
Along the same lines, any upgrade instructions when going from CB 1.8 to CB Quickstart PRO 1.3 package with a CB 1.8 plugin language? is there a language plugin for the Pro?

Your existing language plugin will be used.
Means that maybe some strings will be missing (untranslated).

You can go from CB 1.8 to CB Quickstart PRO 1.3.
This will upgrade your CB 1.8 to CB 1.9 (which is included in CB Quickstart PRO).

You would need to install CB related language plugins separately (e.g., CB French language plugin, CB GroupJive Language plugin, etc).
