Auto Action Redirect Issue

I'm using the Core Ajax field plugin to allow conference attendees to check off steps of the application process. I am running some other auto actions that change a users status based on the boxes that they check. It all works except for the redirect. After a user updates via ajax I need the profile to reload so their status is updated. The redirect plugin is firing successfully, but it's doing some weird stuff when it redirects.

If I set the redirect to: index.php?option=com_comprofiler this happens:

Any ideas?

You're redirecting the ajax response, that won't work. Any actions done after an ajax is triggered should be silent actions. Things like redirects won't work properly.
