Hi everybody, I have suddenly the following behaviour when I try to enter in my backend. when I enter the following link:
http://mywebsite/administrator/
the following error occurs:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, servermaster@myhoster.ch and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
this only happens when I try to launch the backend.....if I launch the frontend (http://mywebsite) everything works fine. Then I tried to reload an old backup of the whole website. But this didn't help. So is it possible that my hoster made some changes on the server configuration which does not match with my Joomla settings? I already contacted him but didn't get any answer so far. Has anybody an idea? - regards eric PS: I have the newest Joomla version / newes CB / newest CBSubs
