CB Blogs 3.1.2 problem

CB Blogs 3.1.2 problem was created by floriniorganda
Hi. I have a problem when using CB Blogs with Joomla 2.5.8 categories. When I enter my profile page I get an 'Internal Server Error'. If I activate the debug it just hangs. It works if I don't use joomla's categories. I have CB 1.9 (not pro) installed.

Please enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then cause the error to occur again and review what the error message shown is.

Have you configured the category section properly in CB Blogs? After setting CB Blogs to Joomla or Automatic you need to select a parent category that contains all your Blog categories via the Section parameter. Your blog categories should look similar to the following example.

Blogs
- General
- Movies
- Games

With the above I'd select "Blogs" as my section.

I've selected the parent category 'Blogs' and made my default category 'General'. If I activate the 'Debug System' the page hangs and never loads. What do you mean by 'maximum error reporting' ? I have only the option of activating the debug in the administration section.

Site > Global Configuration > System > Debug System > Yes
Site > Global Configuration > Server > Error Reporting > Maximum

Ensure both the above are set then retry and it should help expose what error is occurring.

I've activated those but is the same problem. When I want to see any profile it loads forever so I can't see any errors.

Update: After lots of minutes the hang stopped and I got again an 'Internal Server Error'.
