I just sent you superadmin credentials to check the problem.

Could you please be so kind to also check the sign up problem "DB function reports no error" ( www.joomlapolis.com/forum/153-professional-member-support/216555-cb-user-register-db-function-reports-no-error ) ?

Regards

Have reviewed your install and appears my earlier replies were not read or misunderstood. I've instructed you already that under "For..." you should only have "Registration" set to "Enabled" if you only wanted it functional on registration. You have the following.

Registration: Enabled
Profile Edit: Enabled
Profile View: Enabled
Userlists Search: Enabled
Userlists View: Enabled

The above is just for the first conditional on cb_promotion. You have a second conditional as follows.

Registration: Disabled
Profile Edit: Disabled
Profile View: Disabled
Userlists Search: Enabled
Userlists View: Disabled

Basically you have 2 conditionals specifically set to show/hide the field on userlist search. Please review your conditional configuration carefully and adjust as necessary. "Userlists Search" determines whether the conditional should work on userlist search inputs or not.

Note I did not fix this for you as you appear to have intentionally configured this; please make adjustments as needed.

Could you please be so kind to also check the sign up problem "DB function reports no error" ( www.joomlapolis.com/forum/153-profession...ion-reports-no-error ) ?

Please do not cross-post. This is because you had set "New User Registration Group" to "Public", which is not valid. You can't register users as "Public". I've set this back to "Registered" and confirmed it works fine now; please also confirm.

Thank you very much for your reply. I was so stupid. Of course, Apply for means where it is going to be displayed if conditions are met, otherwise it is diplayed, dot.

Regards.
