CBSubs Mailer Question was created by nphic
Folks,

I'm using CBSubs Mailer to generate renewal notices. The system is running fine. However, my host only allows 500 emails per hour. When I ran my last renewal process, the system ran fine but the emails over 500 all rejected. Two questions:

1. How can I "reset" CBSubs so I can rerun this months renewals?
2. Is there a way to run a cron for a specific mailer?

Thanks,
Joe

You should be able to resend only to those who failed. It should still be in your message queue.

2. Is there a way to run a cron for a specific mailer?

I don't think so. What CRON URLs are available can be found in Automation Settings.

Kyle,

Thanks! It would be a nice feature to be able to run a specific mailer using the id from CRON. The would definitely be a help with shared hosting that limits the number of emails that can be sent per hour. That way I could send different mailers hours apart to prevent the limit issue.

Thanks for all the help!

That's not needed, navigate to CBSubs > Settings > Mailer and you can specify how many emails should send per CRON. You could then call the CRON a few hours apart per day to avoid email limits.
