profile page

is it possible to add php or html code on a profile page
so that I can post variables to be used on the next page
for example after they click next

e.g.

You want to add a custom form to profiles? Yes it can be done using a Delimiter field, but you'll have to whitelist the form and various other html elements from CB > Configuration > User Profile.
