No worries ..

Actually the rule is no bumping at all.

If you make a post on the Professional forums and it remains unanswered for over 48 business hours then you can PM Kyle or myself because we must have overlooked it.

If you bump you are just placing your thread last in the list of our todo items (as we go from oldest to newest).
