Hi! I rated the urgency high because this site is going live next week.
When I am logged in as any of my users who are Super Administrators, I can edit anyone's profile, except that users'. When I click on their name in the user list I am just returned to the same place on the user list page.
When I click on anyone else, I am taken to their profile page, where I may edit.
Sounds like you're missing a public and published Joomla menu link to CB. The Itemid of the profile URL should be that of the public and published Joomla menu link to CBs profiles. If it is the Itemid of the userlist you're viewing then such a menu link is probably missing.
