What did I do wrong? what do I do to fix this?

Im running Joomla 2.5.8, CB 1.9, joomgallery, joomshopping and kunena...

Your host disabled common PHP functions for whatever reason. Please contact your host and have get_cfg_var and php_uname unblocked. Both are needed to properly set a secure session id for cookie storage.
