I sent in a request for Pro Support (I spent a couple hundred dollars for the Pro Membership) last week and have still not had any support. I resent my request and thought this might be an option to help me fix what needs fixing (though I am now questioning why I purchase a Pro package when there seems to be no support).
Here is the issue: I am getting an error on the site when the user page loads.
The error reads:

This is a joomla 2.5 site.
I have SEF on (have not tweaked Apache yet -- plan to).
The only "add ons" I have are downloaded and installed from the Community Builder website.
Everything was working fine. The last thing I was doing before the error occurred was adding tabs and creating fields. (I wasn't doing anything with the cbconnect plug in).
Any help would be appreciated.
