On clicking the Community Builder -> Configuration menu item or button, I get the following error;

The file <span>/</span>home<span>/</span>xxxxxxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxxxxx/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/cbpaidsubscriptions.php is corrupted.

Now everything within the CBSubs menu is working normally, all other areas of CB is working normally... and when I go to Community Builder -> Tools, all checks return everything as functioning normally. It is limited to the Configuration button of CB.

On the front end, everything appears to be functioning as it has been set up to this point.

What can I do to resolve this, without losing the hours of configuring and editing I have already invested into setting up CB and CBSubs?

[edit/update]Okay, I backed up the file, re-uploaded the original cbpaidsubscriptions.php, and absolutely nothing on the site (admin or front end) has changed. Everything still works as expected, with the exception of Community Builder -> Configuration.

As there was no noticeable change, I went ahead and removed the new upload and restored the supposedly corrupt file that I had backed up.

[edit2] Okay, am getting the exact same error if I try to open Group Jive Configuration... but only some of the time. if I try a few times, it will eventually let me into GJ config. not so with the base CB config.

And, since I should have posted this in the first place, I will now add my versions:

Joomla 2.5.8, CB 1.9, CBSubs 2.02, GJ 2.6.1
Code:
PHP Built On Linux gator.hostgator.com x86_64 Database Version 5.5.23-55 Database Collation utf8_general_ci PHP Version 5.2.17 Web Server Apache WebServer to PHP Interface cgi-fcgi Joomla! Version Joomla! 2.5.8 Stable [ Ember ] Joomla! Platform Version Joomla Platform 11.4.0 Stable [ Brian Kernighan ]

[edit 3] So, due to lack of response (I am guessing because of the holiday season), I decided to try and uninstall and reinstall the CBSubs plugins. Using the CB plugin manager, I removed all CBSubs plugins from CB. I then used the Joomla Extension manager to remove those CBSubs extensions. I tested the site, and both CB Configuration and Group Jive Configuration were working fine. I then downloaded a fresh copy of CBSubs. and installed the plugins. With it installed but disabled, both configurations worked fine. As soon as I enabled CBSubs, I get the corrupted error again in both configurations (CB and GJ)

It was intended to have this site live this week. It does not seem at all likely now. I understand this is a holiday season, but rapid assistance would be greatly appreciated!

This is purely due to bad php.ini configuration or out of date ioncube. First ensure ioncube is the latest release (disable CBSubs then check PHP Information within Joomla backend for the version; search ioncube once there) then please see the below topic regarding this if issue persists as it's very likely you have the exact same issues as them and especially is the case as you're on hostgator as they keep handing out bad php.ini files.

It was the exact same issue with php.ini - I simply commented out extension=magickwand.so and extension=imagick.so, and it is working. Thanks!
