When configuring a new tab, with its fields, the tab is only appearing when I go to "update profile"; then it shows close to the profile tab. But I want it to appear near the other tabs as forum and gallery.
You want it to show on profile view instead of just profile edit? It already should unless all the fields on that tab are set to not show on profile or you placed the tab in a not shown on profile position.

Looks like you've tabs in 2 different positions. You also appear to have Nested tabs enabled within CB > Configuration > User Profile. Tab order within CB > Tab Management controls what order tabs are placed in, but it's also based off tab position. Check what position "Cervejeiro" is in and compare it to what position "Artigos" is in.
