[SOLVED] How can I import data into a custom field I created

12 years 2 weeks ago - 12 years 2 weeks ago #217946 by jordand714
I have Community Builder with more than 1000 active users. Many years before we started using CB each user was assigned a membership number for our organization. I have managed to create a spreadsheet with their current User ID from the site and their original membership number. I have also created a custom field in their profile to accept the membership number. Can someone help me learn how to import the membership numbers from the spreadsheet into this field? I also need to add their street address information into CB as well (also have in a spreadsheet) so learning how to do this import could save hours of manual entry. Thanks.

CB has no import/export feature. The only way to import/export is to use CB Juice or direct database import/exports.
