[SOLVED] CSS for the user lists. Cant see the names in the list

11 years 9 months ago #218239 by techbranchsm
The userlist is there, please go to this URL:
thekayakclub.com/tournament-participants

and mouse over. You will see that you can click on them and it will taker you to that users profile..

The problem is, what you are mousing over is invisible.

Thanks

Nothing is invisible, because nothing is there. I've reviewed the page source, there is no HTML. It's just an empty html table row. This means you either have fields in the column or the fields you do have there are not accessible. Please review the below steps.

1. Navigate in backend to CB > Userlist Management
2. Edit your userlist
3. Scroll down to the columns
4. Check that you have a field in Column 1
5. Remember what the field in Column 1 is
6. Navigate in backend to CB > Field Management
7. Find remembered field from step 5
8. Ensure field is set to display on profile
9. Remember what tab said field is on
10. Navigate in backend to CB > Tab Management
11. Edit tab remembered from step 9
12. Ensure tab is published and public
13. View userlist on frontend

If you click on this link you will see:

Participants

All Participants
The Kayak Club Live has 8 registered users
Username

XXXXXXXXXX

It says 8 registered users. If you click somewhere in that area like where I have put the XXXX'syou will be taken to one of the invisible users profile page, like johnh or gabe. Please try this. I am redoing the steps you gave me as well.

Thanks

Have reviewed your install. You had no fields added to Column 1. I've added a field and confirmed it displays fine now. Please review your CB documentation available for download in the Advanced downloads section for further userlist usage information.
