Acymailing auto subscription according to cb fields values

Hi, I would like to auto-add users to some acymailing list according to 2 cb fields.

First field should just be a check to receive newsletters;
Second field is a location field (city or state).

If check is yes then I want to auto-add, during registration, user to his newsletter list according to his state for example.

receive newsletter > yes
city > New York

then auto-subscribe to new-york newsletter

Is this possible?

If AcyMailing has such a feature then yes otherwise no. We've no plugin that does this.
