[SOLVED] Problem Downloading CB quickstart pro

Hi there...

i was tryng to download cb quickstart pro from joomlapolis using internet download manager (idm), but the download never fisnish/complete. sometimes until 50%, 78%. the file size is 5,94 MB.

i got this message:

the data transfer has been interrupted and the server does not support resume. It's only possible to download this file from the beginning.

There are several possible ways to solve the problem:
1. It's possible that the server had temporary problems. Try to resume this download at
later time.
2. You can leave this file in the queue (create another queue) and start the queue. In
this case IDM will retry to download the file from the beginning until it downloads
the file succesully.
To achieve the best result, you should also set 1 connection for this site in the
list of exceptions in IDM "Option->Connection" tab.

Details:
The server sent incorrect reply on restart command.



i also tryng to download without IDM, i got the some problem, the download never completed.

what can i do ? need some help please.

Sounds like you've connection problems. Probably massive packet loss. Could also be browser related. Try downloading in a different browser and see if it works. JP doesn't really allow download managers as the way they work is they slam the server with multiple connection requests.. asking a server for a file 6 times for 1 person is a bit unfair to others needing bandwidth too.

i think may it cause by my connection.
i was tryng all browser, but still got the same problem. when i left for one day and try again, and it was succes.
