Install the plugin at CB > Plugin Management, enable it, navigate to CB > Field Management then create either a "Your Rating" or "My Rating" fieldtype field.

My Rating is for the user to rate themselves. Your Rating is for other users to rate you. Ensure you're using the correct field based off your desired usage.
