I looked for into the forum but didn't find the answer (maybe because is too elementary :blush: )

Would it be possible to send the invite for friendship to a register username rather then sending it to his/her email box?
I have looked at the plugin but didn't see where to set it. At the moment is giving me an error anyway, either I send it using user name or email (questionMarrks tooltip do not work!!)

CB Connections built into CB lets users connect with other users. You can set it to use Email or Private Message (requires UddeIM) notifications within CB > Configuration > Connections.

Hi krileon, thank you for your explanation.
Still have something missed:

if I send a friendship invitation to a user by username (private message) it comes out with an error because I haven't installed UddeIM. But as well if I send it by email it comes out with an error: Invite failed to save! Error: To address is already a user.
So, it seems that I am not able to send invitation to any user in any way, which is not possible that's why I guess I am mistaking something.

CB Invites is not CB Connections. CB Invites is used to invite users by email address to join the website. CB Connections is used like friend requests on Facebook. I think you're confusing two plugins.
