I am having issues with two different plugins, both of which supposedly interface with CB and both of which are capable (in different ways) of accessing who is online.
First, S4J User Online is supposed to simply display a list of members online, as well as a count of non members online. No matter how many members are signed in, it shows 0 online, though it seems to accurately count all non-members and has a count. I can have the module displayed on the same page as a CB user list, where you can look up and see that any number of members are actually online (the user list has online status).
Second, I am using cometchat, which is supposed to be able to interface with CB. It, also, never lists any members as logged in no matter how many are. It functions in most respects, but with no users ever listed as online, the private messages don't work. The chat rooms work fine, and if interfaced with facebook/google chats, those userlists work fine, but the CB online users list is always blank.
Now, I have posted to both of these components makers for help as well, but as two separate plugins are having problems with the same base (CB Users online) it seems to me it might be a CB issue instead. So here I am posting for help, lol. Any ideas?
