My intention was not to be rude, but to simply state all testing shows it working fine. Other users and staff have also confirmed it working fine. This implies an issue on your site or a configuration problem.WHat works for you my friend need not work the same for others, i dont expect support to be RUDE after paying for the software. All I said was it does not work. I will try the CB users list and post, Thanks.

Please understand a vague post will receive a vague response; "not working" isn't something we can debug off of as that could mean hundreds of different things. Please always ensure your first post in a new support topic is filled with information on the exact issue (including Joomla version, CB version, etc..).This was more professional NICK, I really appreciate it and I understand from my side what I could have better like you explained. I am sure if people read, you can see the difference in both the answers, as to how you handled the situation. IF he did not mean to be rude I apologize. BUT I APPRECIATE the help again. 3 of your 4 fields are not set to display on profile so they can't be searched as they can't be displayed. Country is the only field set to display on profile so it should be searchable, please try searching for a Country.Here are the screen shots. Also how do i check if privacy is enabled. Thanks
