CB Login css

I know that the subject has already been treated previously and I also read all the collected post in this forum.
Unfortunately did not help me to change the css login CB. I just want to fit the dimensions of the topmenu and change the color of the text on the blue background because you do not read it.
I read that you need to edit the site template under login but any attempt to change even a single parameter was null. I tried to enter .cbloginform > ul or > fieldset etc. but it seems to have no effect. Probably it is my problem of understanding. So I ask you to be patient and try to give me some more detailed information about this, I would appreciate a step-by-step explanation.

We don't style the CB Login module, we use generic classes established by Joomla for Joomla templates to style it. The most we do is adjust the HTML based off your orientation setting and whether you set the module to be compact or not. So we've no idea what blue background you're referring to as that's probably just your Joomla template styling it. The CSS classes/IDs available are as follows.
